Joshua Epstein's practice focuses on complex litigation involving corporate transactions, business torts, real estate and intellectual property. He regularly represents hedge funds, strategic investors, marketing communications firms, lenders, financial advisors and others in a broad range of disputes before federal and state courts and private arbitration panels.

Mr. Epstein is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Epstein received a B.A. from Amherst College, magna cum laude, in 1984 and received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1988.
