Lilly Gerontis - Associate |
Lilly Gerontis is a senior lawyer in the Real Estate Department. Lilly’s practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, construction, commercial leasing, and complex mortgage and secured lending. Her experience also includes the acquisition, financing and sale of large office buildings, construction lending work relating to large scale condominium conversion projects in the New York City area, and the representation of equity investors in alternative energy projects, including projects relating to wind farm development throughout the United States. Prior to joining Mintz & Gold LLP Lilly was a senior associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, and prior to that Lilly was a senior real estate associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
Lilly received her J.D. from New York Law School in 1997 cum laude, where she was an editor for The New York Law School Law Review. She also has a Certificate of Comparative Law from the University of San Diego and she received her B.A. degree from New York University in 1994. Lilly is a member of the New York State Bar.
