Neal M. Goldman - Of Counsel Neal M. Goldman, a graduate of Hamilton College and The Yale Law School, was a litigation partner at Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Sheinfeld and its successor firm, Hogan & Hartson LLP, for twenty-eight years before becoming counsel to Mintz & Gold LLP. Mr. Goldman handles trials and appeals of commercial disputes involving securities, corporate, real estate, employment and publishing questions and has appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts of New York, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida and New Jersey as well as before various administrative tribunals. Mr. Goldman served as an arbitrator under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association and the New York City Civil Court. Mr. Goldman is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 2d, 3d, 5th, 9th, 10th and 11th Circuits and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York. Mr. Goldman has appeared pro hac vice in the Districts of Massachusetts, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Colorado, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Northern District of Georgia, Northern District of Florida, Eastern District of Texas, and the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California. |
