Harvey J. Horowitz concentrates in a wide variety of commercial areas, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, partnerships, joint ventures, corporate governance, securities act compliance, internal investigations, employment agreements and employment practices. From 1996 to 1998, prior to joining Mintz & Gold, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Donnkenny, Inc., a publicly held apparel company. Before that, Mr. Horowitz was Managing Partner of Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Sheinfeld LLP, where he practiced law for over 25 years. Mr. Horowitz graduated from NYU Law School in 1967 where he served as Articles Editor of the Law School’s Annual Survey of American Law.
