Honorable Howard Miller
Justice Howard Miller has spent the past 11 years as a Justice on the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Second Department. For 23 years prior to that time, he served in many judicial capacities in New York including Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Acting Surrogate County Clerk, and Family Court Judge in Rockland County. Justice Miller brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Mintz & Gold's litigation department. Areas of Concentrations:
