Scott A. Klein is a member of the firm's Litigation Department and is the head of its criminal defense practice. Mr. Klein brings to Mintz & Gold LLP a wealth of trial and litigation experience. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney's office for 5-1/2 years, serving as lead chair in twelve felony jury trials and supervising long-term wiretap investigations of organized crime activities. Mr. Klein received his B.A. from Tufts University in 1990, where he was elected captain of the basketball team, and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1995, where he served on the Moot Court Team.
Mr. Klein is admitted in New York, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
