Ryan W. Lawler is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Criminal Defense Departments. Mr. Lawler brings to Mintz & Gold trial experience. Prior to joining Mintz & Gold, Mr. Lawler served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. During his three years as an Assistant District Attorney he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor matters to verdict, presented felony matters to a grand jury and served as lead chair in several jury and non-jury trials. Mr. Lawler received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 2001, and his J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law in 2004, where he served as a member of the Moot Court team.
Mr. Lawler is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
