Paul Ostensen is an associate in Mintz & Gold LLP's litigation department. Mr. Ostensen concentrates his practice in civil and commercial litigation, matrimonial litigation and appellate practice. Mr. Ostensen attended Brooklyn Law School's evening division while working as a clerk at one of New York’s largest litigation firms where he developed an expertise in New York civil practice. Mr. Ostensen received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2000, and his B.S. from St. John's University in 1995.
