Mark S. Pomerantz is an associate in Mintz & Gold’s litigation department. Mr. Pomerantz has extensive background in all types of commercial litigation including securities, trade secrets, distribution and franchise relationships, and the Uniform Commercial Code. He has counseled a broad range of clients from individuals to small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, and has successfully argued a number of cases before appellate courts.
Mr. Pomerantz graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1985, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review and published “Recognizing the Unique Status of Additional Named Insureds,” 53 Fordham L. Rev. 117 (1984). He is admitted to practice in New York, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Seventh Circuits, and the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York.
