Michael B. Roth is Special Counsel to Mintz & Gold.  Mr. Roth is experienced in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including general commercial litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, real estate litigation, advertising and public relations litigation and bankruptcy-related litigation. He routinely represents corporate and individual clients in federal and state courts and arbitration forums.

He is a member of the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Roth received a B.A., with honors, from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1992 and received a J.D., cum laude, from and Boston College Law School in 1995.
